In 1998, Albert established Ironwoodventures with a single sawmill and a firm dedication to sustainable timber management. Over the decades, he has guided the company’s expansion to oversee more than 12,000 hectares of high-grade forest land throughout Northern Ontario.
An alumnus of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Forestry and a current board member of the Ontario Forestry Association, Albert is a highly regarded figure in the industry. He is widely recognized for his leadership in forest stewardship and his innovative approaches to responsible land investment.
